1. It can produces four sizes (S, M ,L ,XL) of products by exchanging cutting tool.

2. PLC + touching screen + frequency regulator control system. The main bearings and conveyer belts use international brands.

3. Four sets of automatic splicing, auto material tension control，automatic rectification and auto reject wasted products, auto stop machine when breakdown takes place. Auto- display the production speed、qualified and unqualified products.

4. Teeth-like crusher can crush treated or untreated pulp. Adopt insulative cover and safety-protective gate.

5. Web wheel in large diameter lay out the pulp, cotton core forming uses web-wheel forming, the amount of SAP is adjustable.

6. Frontal tap, side tape, elastic waistline are added on the machine, Leakage barrier is molding on the machine.

7. Driving system consists of gear wheel、universal shaft couplings and the synchronous belt. The gearwheel box uses screw gearwheel.

8. As per customer’s request, it can be equipped with two-exist stacker.
